Sumhr Giboney

Sumhr is an e-commerce consultant at Caterpillar, Inc. She attended Tennessee State Univesity in Nashville, Tennessee. Running is one of Sumhr’s passions. Sumhr has 19 years of professional experience as a sales and operations consultant for a Fortune 50 company. She has also volunteered with Year Up Atlanta – Year Up is committed to cultivating and advancing a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for all members of our community. When asked what makes Westside special, Sumhr said, “Westside takes special care to meet students and families where they are and serves their needs in a supportive way.” Sumhr has served on the WACS board since 2020.
