Principal’s Welcome

Welcome to the 2025–2026 School Year!

Dear Westside Families
It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year at Westside Atlanta Charter School. As Principal of Grades K–4, I am honored to lead a team of passionate educators and to partner with you in shaping a strong foundation for our youngest learners.

This year, our theme is Running the Course—a commitment to steady progress, continuous growth, and purposeful work. We are focused on deepening the impact of our core practices and sharpening our execution, knowing that meaningful success comes from consistency, reflection, and resilience.

At Westside, our mission is anchored in academic excellence, holistic growth, community belonging, and creativity. These values are not just aspirations—they are daily actions that guide how we teach, learn, and lead together. From the classroom to the playground, we strive to ensure every child feels seen, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.

We are proud to serve a diverse, dynamic school community and remain deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all students thrive. With your partnership and support, I am confident that this will be a year of purpose, progress, and pride.
Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. Let’s keep running our race—with focus, joy, and determination.

Sincerely,
